Our team traveled to Arkansas to spend three days with the impressive nursing staff at Little Rock Children's Hospital. Our goal was to produce a story expressing the unique opportunities for graduate nurses at Versant Healthcare. Versant provides nurses a residency experience with patients, similar to what medical school graduates experience, using a competency based system to prepare nurses for full time responsibility. Partner hospitals say the difference in the quality of care administered by Versant graduates is exponential. Thanks to Daryl Joslin for allowing us to tell this important story.
